Wow, this was incredibly fun to do. I never felt such pure joy while drawing in my life. The idea made me laugh. It was inspired by some official Mario Party artwork that showed Waluigi getting a piggy back ride from Wario. I thought it'd be really funny if it was the other way around, because Wario's fat and Waluigi is skinny. Look at the background! It's not abstract- It's concrete!! For once, I actually drew landscape, and it came out nice! From now on, I going to draw backgrounds like this more often, and not feel intimidated by it.
Truthfully, I used to hate Waluigi. I thought he was just another stupid clone. Eventually, I started to like him more and more. I don't know how it happened! Did anyone see, in Mario Party Wii, how Waluigi takes out a red rose after he wins a mini-game? I think that's how I started to like him. It's like this, "Ooh, Waluigi! You're so romantic! Is that rose for anyone in particular  " (Yeah, probably himself). He's actually cute, in a goofy sort of way. One of my friends in art class told me she thought Wario was really cute, and I don't think it's weird at all. |

I think all the Mario characters should be in the official Mario games. It's like they don't exist anywhere except for those spin off titles. It's always Bowser, Mario, Peach, Toad and Luigi (if he's lucky). Sometimes I feel like game industries don't appreciate their fans as much as they should.
